The Foundation is an extension of a journey that began long before the establishment of any business.

That lesson sits at the heart of the Foundation. The Foundation is therefore not simply about providing assistance. It is about building capability.
CORPORATE EXIT & ZELEB CONSULTING
After leaving corporate employment, Dr Majova established Zeleb Consulting and Advisory, a business management consulting and advisory enterprise. The business provided the foundation from which her entrepreneurial journey expanded.
The early entrepreneurial years were not without uncertainty. Inconsistent income, fixed expenses and the challenge of building a business from the ground up required financial discipline, resilience and adaptability. Those experiences became some of her most important teachers.
Rather than allowing uncertainty to limit her ambitions, she began looking beyond a single income stream. This led to property investment and diversified holdings.
